What we build
Custom tools that do the work you’d otherwise do by hand
Off‑the‑shelf plugins get you 80% of the way. The last 20% is why we exist, coding your specific process into WordPress and letting the software do the repetitive work.
Quote & estimate generators
Turn project details into branded PDF quotes automatically. What took an hour takes minutes.
Calculators & pricing tools
Interactive calculators customers can use themselves, wired straight into your quoting workflow.
Intake & lead‑capture forms
Custom multi‑step forms that qualify leads, route to the right person, and never lose data.
Custom WooCommerce features
Locked pricing, hidden inventory, VIP flows, bulk ordering. WooCommerce, built to how you actually sell.
Third‑party integrations
Sync WordPress with your CRM, accounting, email marketing, or ERP. One workflow, no double entry.
Custom Gutenberg blocks
Editor blocks that speak your business, so your team edits content without breaking the site.
Custom post types & content models
Structured content for your specific data. Not everything is a blog post; some things need their own home.
Workflow automation
Emails, tasks, and follow‑ups triggered by what happens on your site. Your process, running while you sleep.
Admin & reporting dashboards
Custom reports and dashboards inside WordPress admin, so your team gets the numbers where they already work.
In production
The plugin that runs a whole meal delivery service
Five Eggs Meals needed a real meal delivery subscription platform — meal plan subscription payments, weekly or bi‑weekly meal selection, live nutrition macros as customers build their orders, allergen filtering, subscription pause and cancel, and gift card balance management. No combination of off‑the‑shelf plugins was going to handle all of that cleanly. So we built them a comprehensive custom WordPress plugin that owns the entire customer journey end‑to‑end. What would normally require six duct‑taped tools is one coherent system — one admin for the client, one clean experience for their customers.
- Subscription billing
- Weekly or every four weeks meal plans, all handled inside WordPress.
- Live nutrition macros
- Updates in real time as customers build their meal selections.
- Allergen filtering
- Customers only see meals that fit their dietary needs.
- Self‑service account controls
- Customers can choose their meals, pause, or cancel themselves — no support tickets needed.

Good questions
Custom plugin FAQs
When do I need a custom plugin instead of an existing one?
When your business does something specific enough that no off‑the‑shelf plugin fits. Or when three plugins together kind of work, but not really. A custom plugin is usually cheaper than an ongoing pile of workarounds, and it’s built to your process instead of somebody else’s.
How much does a custom WordPress plugin cost?
Discovery and workflow spec starts at $500. Simple single‑feature plugins start at $2,500. Full workflow builds with integrations start at $7,500. Every project gets a comprehensive estimate before any code is written.
Do I own the code you build for me?
Yes. When you pay for custom development, the code is yours. You get the source, the deployment method, and a clear license that lets you take it anywhere. We keep working with you because it’s worth it, not because we’re holding your code hostage.
Will my plugin still work after WordPress updates?
That’s the point of building it the right way. Plugins we build are tested against current WordPress and PHP versions at launch, follow WordPress coding standards, and rely on stable APIs. See our hosting and maintenance plans for keeping custom plugins updated alongside core.
Can you connect WordPress to my other business tools?
Yes, that’s often the whole point. Zapier, Make, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Slack, Google Workspace, most CRMs, most accounting tools. If it has an API or a webhook, we can wire it into your WordPress workflow.
Do I have to use a specific WordPress theme?
Absolutely not. Our custom WordPress plugins are not dependent on your theme. They will work with any theme. But, if you need a custom WordPress theme we can help with that too.
Ready to talk about your workflow?
Every custom project starts with a discovery call and a workflow review. We’ll tell you honestly whether a custom plugin is the right answer or whether an existing one gets you there for a lot less.
