The chatbot runs as a plugin on your own WordPress site, so conversations and captured leads live in your database — not on someone else’s platform. It calls a model provider to generate answers: ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, your choice. You can connect your own AI keys or use our Claude account, and either way the lead data stays yours.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
This is built specifically for your business, trained on your services and pricing, and wired to hand off to a real person when it matters. ChatGPT alone can’t do that.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
